Recycle your old Electronics for 
With the continuous advances of technology, many electric devices rapidly become obsolete. The National Safety Council reports that over 30 million personal computers become obsolete annually. The ACC Solid Waste Department now offers electronics recycling through a partnership with 5R Processors, Ltd, a full-service computer and other technology retirement company.
Electronic items accepted for recycling:
NOTE: No TVs will be taken for recycling!
Athens-Clarke County residents can drop-off their electronic item at the landfill during normal landfill operating hours- Monday Friday 7:30 a.m. 4:30 p.m.
Saturday 7:30 a.m. 3:00 p.m.
